1,500+ rules from federal doctrine, national guidelines and regulations. Citation chips open the rule itself, so a requirement is never invented.
Hazards that fit the place
Scenarios are checked against recognized risk baselines, including FEMA’s National Risk Index and Hazus, so a Category 5 hurricane in Colorado gets flagged, not built.

Answers and drafted sections are labeled Grounded, Needs review or Largely unsupported, so you can see what to lean on and what deserves a second look.
Confidence
A badge on every answer
Document answers show evidence coverage, source anchoring and source diversity: how well the cited sources back that one answer.
Honesty
Says when it doesn’t know
When nothing in your documents or Preppr Verified supports a claim, Preppr says so, and anything outside the library is marked Not Preppr Verified.
People
People decide
You approve each design section, the AI evaluator drafts while people make the call, and Preppr Agent sends nothing out without sign-off.
