How Do We Store Data and Provide Features?
In Short: We use secure data storage and integrate third-party services to enhance Preppr’s functionality.
Preppr uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) for secure data storage and processing. We integrate third-party services, including OpenAI, DeepGram, and Unstructured.io, to deliver specific platform features. Data and content shared with Preppr for these features are processed by the providers under their own privacy and data retention policies:
Amazon Web Services (AWS): AWS provides robust infrastructure for data storage, processing, and management, compliant with stringent privacy and security standards, including data encryption and access control. For a full overview of AWS’s privacy practices, please review their policy.
OpenAI: For features using OpenAI, data inputs and outputs are retained on OpenAI’s platform for up to 30 days for service continuity, security monitoring, and misuse identification. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and OpenAI does not use it for model training. More details are available at OpenAI's privacy page.
DeepGram: For audio data processed via DeepGram, data and transcripts are retained temporarily to facilitate service delivery and improvement. Data usage for model training requires explicit customer consent. For further details, please refer to Deepgram's privacy policy.
Unstructured.io: For document chat features, content shared with Preppr is processed by Unstructured.io’s tools in line with their privacy practices. For further details, please refer to Deepgram's privacy policy.
